So, last night Kendall only woke up one time!!! He went to bed a little later than normal at about 10:15, woke up at about 3:15 to eat, went back to sleep at about 4 and then didn't wake up again until almost 8:45!! What?!?!? That's awesome!! TJ got home this morning a little after 8 and I told him that he only woke up the one time and he goes, "Is he still breathing?" He couldn't believe it either. He woke up in a pretty good mood and smiled and cooed at me for a while before taking an hour nap. He was kinda cranky when he woke up from his nap so we went outside to take a walk at around 11:30. And believe it or not...the temp at 11:30 was only like 75!! It was awesome!! The weather has been amazing today!! I can finally feel summer slowly fading away. Poor mom though...she left this morning for a "conference/training" in Las Vegas and I was looking at the weather and today and tomorrow the high is 105.
That's our big news for today...a good nights sleep!! Let's hope for another one tonight. We just need to get to bed a little earlier tonight. Next Tuesday is my first day of work and I will be getting up at 6 to get ready so that I can have Kendall fed and ready to go by 7:30. The good thing is that he usually sleeps until about 7:30 so he should be asleep while I'm getting ready in the mornings. We'll see how it goes!!
Tomorrow TJ and I are going to Ft Worth to take Danielle's car to the dealership to get something fixed on it so while they are working on her car we are going to go to Hobby Lobby and get some shelves for Kendall's room and maybe some more football stuff to decorate with. He has quite a bit of picture frames in his room but they are all crammed on this one shelve. It's time to spread things out!! Then hopefully we'll be having lunch at Red Robin!! Yuuummm...
This week I have cleaned out Kendall's drawers and bagged up clothes that he can't wear anymore. My little boy is growing fast!!!
