Lots and Lots of Pictures

Last Monday my sweet little boy turned 9 months old! Oh how fast it goes!! We had his 9 month check up on Friday. He weighted 23 lbs 15 oz and was 29 inches long. He rated 90-95 % on both! He is a big boy, but as his doctor says...he is proportioned well. He has really started thinning up some lately and his hair has finally started really growing. He still has not crawled yet, but he is rolling all over the house now. He can turn himself in every direction so that he can get to where he wants to go and then takes off rolling. He has however started showing interest in getting on his knees in the past week or two. He has been going from sitting to his hands and knees, but then he can't figure out what to do from there and so he just lays down and starts rolling. Haha. TJ's been working with him standing up and he's getting pretty good at it. He can stand up on his own for about a minute before he loses his balance. He thinks it is fun!

Right now he's working on getting his two top teeth. He's having a really hard time with it! He ran a fever for about a day and a half and has all the cold-like symptoms. He has more snot right now than I have ever seen come out of a person before. Then because of all the drainage he's been coughing and now has a sore throat. What fun teething is!! I'm REALLY hoping these teeth come in today or tomorrow!!!

Here is Kendall in his big boy carseat!! We got it a couple of months ago. We had used his baby carseat for as long as possible but he was just way to big for it...and probably over the weight limit too!! He's not a huge fan of the head rests because he can't see around them to look out the window. Here he's trying out the seat for the first time when we got it home.

Here is his 8 month picture with daddy's helmet. Of course...he found something on it that he can chew on!

Here's an imprompu picture of the boys. We got to church one Sunday and they were all dressed in their sweater vests. Fortunately, I had my camera with me so we were able to get some pictures!

Look how cute those little butts are!! Haha!!

He still loves his bouncer. He doesn't get in it as much as he used to because we're trying to give him as much floor time as possible...but he still loves getting in it!!

Here's by boy trying a pickle for the first time. Just like his mommy...he loves those Vlasic's!!! He didn't even make funny face!

Rolling on the floor playing with Chloe. (Or...TJ holding Chloe down so that Kendall can play with her. Haha.) Kendall thinks it's so funny when he gets to do this.

What a sweet, sweet smile!! And look at those cheeks! Love him!!

Here's the big boy standing on his own!

We took a long weekend at the end of spring break and went to visit MeMaw down by Galveston. Mom flew down so she could spend the weekend with us too. This is in MeMaws yard with her beautiful flowers!

Loving on MeMaw. He found her necklace and was trying to get to it so that he could chew on it.

This is at the park for Allegra's birthday. This was his first time in a swing. He loved it.
