We found out on October 21st that I was pregnant. I was looking back through pictures trying to find the first pregnancy picture that we took. Apparently we took it with one of our phones because I couldn't find a copy of it. So, here's the first picture I could find. I was exactly 20 weeks pregnant. It was February 12th...TJ's birthday and also the day that we had our sonogram and found out the baby was a boy. Also here are some pictures of the sonogram.
So...I've been looking forward to pregnancy for so long. I really thought it would be the most wonderful thing ever. Well...I was wrong. I spent about the first four months as sick as can be. Not morning sickness...but all day sickness. When it was all said and done, I had lost about 20 pounds. But hey...I guess that's just 20 pounds less that I'll have to loose once he's born!! But I will say that once I got through those first four months, pregnancy has been everything I hoped it would be. I've loved shopping for maternity clothes and seeing my belly grow over the past few months. It really is an amazing thing!!
Here are some more "baby bump" pictures over the last 4 months. The group pictures are of Mandi, Landa and me...we all go to church together and were all pregnant with baby boys. Mandi was 5 weeks ahead of me and Landa 6 days. The last group picture was just 2 days before Mandi had baby Brady. He was born 3 weeks early.
I don't have the newest baby bump pictures uploaded onto my computer yet, so I will post those as soon as I get them off my camera. The last picture above was taken at the beginning of May...I think you will be surprised when you see how much I've grown over the past four weeks!!
